Data Analysis and Integration:

  • Competent in data analysis and presentation using a variety of software platforms, including Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
  • Integrate and maintain data from primary and secondary sources into the data warehouse.

Underwriting System Support:

  • PAS support, including new product implementation, maintenance
  • SDLC, project management

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree preferred, or years of relevant business experience.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of insurance operations processes (claims, underwriting, policy administration).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with insurance software systems and technologies.
  • Self-starter, ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Great communicator comfortable working in a dynamic team environment.
