Job Duties:
- Setting concrete footing and wall forms for building foundations
- Operate skid loaders, forklifts, hand tools, and other small construction equipment
- Efficiently work in a fast – paced environment
- Be a team player – mentor and train new members of the team
- Understand Keller’s safety culture and hold others too it
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of basic math skills
- Read and interpret blueprints (Preferred)
- Ability to travel typically within the state of WI. (Home every weekend)
- Ability to walk, and stand for long periods of time while performing physical labor
- Ability to lift heavy objects (0-80lbs from ground to waist level, 0-50lbs from to shoulder level)
- Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
