Position: Groundskeeper
Pay: $12 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Job Description:
As a Groundskeeper, you'll be responsible for maintaining the landscaping and outdoor areas of our apartment complex. From mowing lawns to trimming bushes and cleaning sidewalks, your efforts will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Mow and edge lawns using lawn mowers and edgers.
Trim and prune bushes, hedges, and trees to maintain a neat appearance.
Plant flowers, shrubs, and other landscaping elements as needed.
Clean and maintain sidewalks, parking lots, and common outdoor areas.
Remove litter and debris from the grounds on a daily basis.
Report any maintenance or safety issues to the property manager.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
