Meadowlark Home Care is looking to revitalize the industry and change the standard for both care providers and clients
We are hiring for full time and part-time positions starting at $18/hr. Open availability is a plus, but not necessary.
Full time employees are eligible for our full benefits package (health/dental insurance) for $40/month. All employees also accrue paid time off based on how many hours they work and their longevity with the company. Raises are available at management's discretion and bi-annual bonuses are available.
Job Description:
Being an in-home care provider means assisting our members with their activities of daily living (ADLs) and/or providing social supervision, homemaking, life coach and companion hours. Assistance with bathing, hygiene, meal preparation and mobility are common.
Qualified applicants must:
*Have a current CNA or PCA certification (Waiver or training available for the right applicant).
*Be caring and compassionate.
*Be able to lift 50lbs.
*Have a valid driver's license, current vehicle insurance and reliable transportation.
Meadowlark Home Care believes the industry is in trouble because too few of the front line caregivers are appreciated and supported monetarily and mentally like they should be. The market is due for a readjustment that fills the industry with motivated and talented care providers.
**We offer periodic performance based raises that allow your wages to grow as your value to our agency does the same. Paid time off is accrued after the probationary period.**
