- Flexible Schedule: With shifts on Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6 am to 6 pm, you'll have the flexibility to balance work with your personal life.
- Provide expert nursing care tailored to the unique needs of individuals with IDD, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
- Work closely with our RN manager and group home manager to deliver prompt and effective emergency caregiving services when needed.
- Assist with meal preparation, medication administration, hygiene, and mobility support, enhancing independence and quality of life for the individuals we serve.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any relevant observations to ensure comprehensive support for our residents.
- Must hold a valid LPN license in Oregon, with a passion for providing top-notch care to those in need.
- Proficiency in tube feeding, IV maintenance, and other specialized procedures, along with CPR/first aid certification.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential for this role.
- Successful completion of a level II background check
