To support the newly launched vacation rental product a project manager/ analyst role will assist the Product Manager and focus on the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities include:
- Consolidate and track all production issues associated with newly launched Select Homes + Retreats product.
- Manage all aspects of Product Issue tracker, including updates, follow ups, and prioritization.
- Create and manage status communicate process including development of progress reports.
- Act as point of contact between internal and external partners to ensure issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
- Organize and manage weekly update meetings with key internal and external partners.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
Skills/Experience/Requirements
- Project Management and planning
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong reporting skills and proficiency with Excel and SharePoint
- Travel background ideal.
- NY based (Ideally) or US Virtual
