Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Safely load, transport, and unload customer items in accordance with state and local laws
- Serve as the point person in the field for both management and your fellow Luggers
- Help maintain trucks and equipment with daily inspections and reporting of any observed issues and truck cleaning
- Maintain and reinforce a safety culture at The Junkluggers
- Assist in training new hires in subordinate roles
- Provide operational support when needed, such as dispatching, work in shop, etc.
- Support recruiting of new team members and promote company values
Qualifications
- Customer facing job requires: ability to lead 2 person team, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to use company supplied tablet, selling skills, ability and desire to execute jobs efficiently
- Attention to detail in understanding truck operation, maintenance, and care
- Exhibit a strong safety attitude and be assertive with others when enforcing safety practices and other company policies
- Confident and courageous in reporting infractions, accidents, or other issues to management
- Ability to work full-time, including some Saturdays
- Valid MI Chauffer's driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record
- Ability to lift and carry 80 lbs, repeatedly
