The AV Technician will provide on-site support for our NIH client.

Responsibilities:

• Provide audio and visual expertise to ensure a high-quality experience for NIA events and large-scale meetings, ensuring all connected systems operate at peak performance, ability to troubleshoot and adjust the systems as required, and conducting objective analysis to spot issues and eliminate them before an event. This includes supporting on-site meetings.
• Work with stakeholders to prepare, plan, and execute large-scale events as well as close out any post-event action items.
• Provide specialized desktop support for presentations, meetings, and other audio/visual needs, focusing on VIP/Executive-level clients.
• Assist with research and analysis of new technologies with an emphasis on meeting support and presentation tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or equivalent training/certifications and experience. 2-4 years of experience providing large-scale AV support.
