As a Private Banker, you will have the opportunity to provide a full range of services to all customers and prospects, while working alongside our Commercial Loans Team to provide business and commercial products while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Determine the financial needs of Bank customers and prospects and place them with the right product or service by demonstrating a positive and helpful attitude toward all Bank customers and potential customers, helping them to make informed decisions.
• Working closely with the Commercial Loan Team in developing relationships to better inform our customers of the Deposit Services we offer which may assist in their business needs.
• Maintaining those client relationships.
• Meet with existing and potential business customers providing them with information on the Bank's business products and services.

Required skills:

• Five years or more work experience in the Customer Service Representative or Personal Banker role, as well as sales experience, particularly in cross marketing products and services
• Excellent sales, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good understanding of financial products and services and financial institution policies and procedures
• High School diploma or equivalent
