We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Branded Solutions team. You’ll be part of a talented group that collaborates to deliver world-class products to our customers. This opportunity is responsible for retaining existing customers by building long-term relationships to ensure attainment of company business goals. You will work unsupervised, make high level decisions independently, and solve problems effectively and creatively, including acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to plan and within quality control standards.

Shift Available: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

A variety of these traits will help land you this job if you have:

  • a four-year degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
  • three or more years working in print or branded solutions field
  • a basic understanding of Accounts Payable/Receivable

On top of that you must:

  • pay close attention to details so you are able to complete projects accurately within deadlines while meeting Company quality standards
  • be self-motivated, a fast learner, and show initiative to seek out customer and corporate needs
  • have the ability to work independently, make decisions and solve problems independently, effectively and creatively
  • apply effective time management and self-management skills
  • understand and maintain the confidential nature of the company, employee and customer information
  • have working knowledge of Adobe applications (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat)

In this position you'll:

  • work closely with sales teams to prepare quotes.
  • acquire quotes for orders that do not fit the online print portal.
  • be responsible for the entire order placement process:
    • create and submit Purchase Orders.
    • acquire sign-off approval on proofs.
    • update shipping/tracking information along with proper charges.
    • arrange outsourcing for orders that cannot be produced in house.
  • communicate customer needs to appropriate internal departments.
  • participate in daily production meetings and communicate job priorities effectively with department managers.
  • Work closely with Storefront Account Managers and sales team to ensure clients needs are being met
  • develop product and process solutions by working with Collaterate (our home grown system) teams and workflow teams to establish custom workflow and impositions.
  • perform other duties as requested by management.
