Job DescriptionJob DescriptionIMKO is currently looking for a temp painter for a local client here in Columbia, MO. Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-4:30p Pay: $16.50/hour**This job is only expected to last a couple of weeks**
Responsibilities:
  • Applies various finishes to buildings, rooms, or other structures, including primers or sealers.
  • Prepares, cleans, and tapes all jobsites.
  • Removes old paint coating, if necessary.
  • Mixes colors or oils to obtain desired color or consistency.
  • Moves necessary materials around jobsites as assigned.
  • Cleans up worksite debris
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Reliable transportation and great work ethic
  • Capable of receiving and following instructions and communicating with co-workers.
  • Able to read and adhere to labels, safety, warnings, and guidelines.
  • Attentive to detail and always alert to ensure safety.
  • Painting experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with painting and tools a plus.
