As a Medical Aesthetician at SKN BAR Rx, you'll be at the forefront of delivering Five-Star service to our valued patients. We are committed to cultivating an environment steeped in care, compassion, and a dedication to uplifting everyone we touch.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of skincare and beauty treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, hydrafacials, microneedling, etc
• Deep understanding of active ingredients used in skincare products and the ability to customize treatments based on individual client needs
  
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, including their benefits and pricing
  
• Engage in training sessions and follow directives provided to enhance your and your team's skills
• Embody professionalism daily, showcasing it through spa-appropriate language and attire
• Welcome and serve patients with integrity, courtesy, and friendliness, offering refreshments, taking photos, and providing tours of our space
• Ensure all required forms are accurately completed for each service
  
• Stay updated on product knowledge carried in-store, including completing online training modules to enhance product knowledge
• Nurture strong relationships with our valued patients
• Maintain clear and timely communication with leadership
• Actively participate in goal-setting and contribute to driving sales
• Create engaging social media content, including capturing pictures and videos of our team, location, and services
• Support your team during downtime and maintain a positive attitude
• Assist in training new team members as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of our location, which includes laundry and miscellaneous cleaning tasks
• Assume responsibility for maintaining and caring for the equipment used during treatments
• Fulfill any other duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid esthetics license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Laser certified with knowledge of IPL or BBL lasers
• Minimum of three years of experience in the MediSpa industry
• Must be available for evening/weekends
