BiltWise Structures is a systems-built housing facility in Greenwood, SC. We build houses indoors, taking stress off of both workers and materials in our state of the art facility. We have a robust team with an incredible culture. We are looking for someone to stand in on our finance team for a 3 month period, mainly in a support capacity for our finance department. For this position, you must be able to work in Excel and Quickbooks.

Purpose:

To ensure accurate financial tracking, efficient customer relationship management, and effective

vendor relations for streamlined operations and financial stability.


Business Outcomes:

  • Smooth flow of financial transactions within the company
  • Accurate record of all financial obligations and payments
  • Timely payments to vendors

 

Essential Functions:

- Financial organization & record management: Maintains hard copy and quickbooks entries of all financial transactions.

- HubSpot Management: Update the customer relationship management system database

- Vendor Communication: Communicates with vendors’ AP & AR to ensure timely payment and thorough understanding of all invoices and bills received. Process vendor applications & maintain vendor master list

- Inventory Management: Assist with updating for physical inventories and database extraction

- Department Support: General administrative support for Production, Quality & Sales


Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Fluency in numbers and excel
  • Attention to detail and accuracy a must have


Education & Experience:

  • Certificate or degree in accounting, finance or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting or related field
