Job DescriptionJob DescriptionGenesis Health Clubs in the Tulsa area is currently seeking FITNESS ADVISORS for our SALES team. This position generates and educates prospective members regarding club facilities, programs, and pricing.

Predominantly, a Fitness Advisor is responsible for:
  • New member sales and member retention
  • Creation and cultivation of prospects, both internally and externally for membership
  • Direct communication and relationship building with members and prospects
Qualified applicants will have:
  • A persuasive sales mentality
  • Strong organizational and time-management skill
  • Professional inter-personal communication through phone calls, texting, and emailing
While the compensation for this position is base salary + commission + bonus, with its high ceiling it greatly rewards someone that is able to produce. While previous experience in the health and fitness industry is a bonus, it is not required for the right candidate.
