As a Maintenance Helper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to perform preventive maintenance, setup of equipment, diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, and conduct repairs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.


Requirements:


  • Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, and performing repairs using various hand and power tools.
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices, including lubrication, adjustment, and inspection techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to resolve equipment-related issues quickly.
