Goldfish Swim School in Doylestown is looking for swim instructors and lifeguards for summer The summer season starts June 19th and runs through the end of August. Start dates can be sooner if looking for earlier employment. We are looking for Monday-Fridays from 9am-1pm, Monday- Thursday from 4pm-6:30pm and Weekends 9am-12pm. Weekends are not required.

STARTING EXPERIENCED CERTIFIED LIFEGUARD AND SWIM INSTRUCCTOR POSITIONS START AT $14/hr + Bonus Opportunities.

Since our pool is open year round, there are also opportunities to continue employment through out the year. Extra shifts are also available to be picked up through-out the summer.

  • Requirements:
  • Ability to work with children
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
  • Lifeguards and instructors MUST be a minimum of 14 years old by date of hire.
  • Lifeguards and instructors MUST conduct themselves in a professional manner and must be attentive and focused
  • Lifeguards and instructors must complete 30 hour training before June 15th - all training is done in house and is PAID
  • Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provides swim instruction based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum.
  • Enforces safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents. Makes rescues and administers first aid when necessary.
  • Interacts with parents/guardians on the activities and development of students swim skills.
