Job Duties:

  • Perform property inspections, adhering to InterNACHI standards of practice
  • Transcribe your findings & recommendations into a report, including photos
  • Provide excellent customer service, including on-site report reviews & future follow-up's


Qualifications:

  • Have a good driving record
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
  • Ability to crawl on knees and stomach
  • Ability to climb ladders
  • Ability to work in confined space
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be punctual
  • Willing & able to adapt to an ever-changing industry & rapidly growing company
  • Strong computer skills


Experience/Training:

  • Inspection experience - Preferred
  • Customer service/Relations - Preferred
  • Building experience - Beneficial
