IT Engineer

Our client has a role for an IT Engineer (Tier 2) who can provide advanced support for the company's infrastructure. The right candidate will troubleshoot and maintain Cisco phones, network systems, servers, and conference room equipment. The IT Engineer will respond to escalations from the Service Desk, manage low-moderate priority tickets and work with vendors to resolve complex issues. This individual will require strong technical skills, a commitment to continuous learning, and the ability to collaborate effectively to keep critical systems operational.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of network and server troubleshooting experience.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills (written & oral).

• Experience collaborating across all levels of the organization.

• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects independently.

• Understanding of routing/switching protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP).

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize.

• Bachelor's in Computer Science (or equivalent) & basic infrastructure knowledge (AD, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
