Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data and market trends to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Create and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and business units to develop and refine financial strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Lead financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Monitor and evaluate financial performance against strategic goals, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, including profitability, cost management, and return on investment.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, financial regulations, and best practices to ensure strategies are current and effective.
  • Manage and coordinate financial strategy projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial strategy, corporate finance, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, strategic planning, and data analysis.
  • Experience with financial planning software and tools (e.g., Excel, financial modeling software) and data visualization techniques.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business performance and growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to translate complex financial data into strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting financial insights and strategies to senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, including experience in mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices in financial strategy.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
