Aloha We are looking for a dynamic shift leader for Pokemoto/Muscle Maker Grill and Ft Sill

Pokemoto and Muscle Maker Grill is a fast growing, culture rich franchise aiming to become a global brand. Pokemoto and Muscle Maker Grill focus on making healthy food in an exceptional experience that is quick, affordable and most

importantly delicious.

We are looking to add a smiling face that likes to have fun while they keep a clean restaurant and work hard to take care of our customers quickly, plus has the experience and discipline to manage our kitchen and train great employees to make great food. Is that you?

Key Skills and Competencies

1) Possess a high degree of leadership that will inspire confidence in junior staff

2) Can effectively communicate with staff members and is helpful to all customers.

3) Be trustworthy, honest, approachable, and carry a positive attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.

4) Be able to make tough decisions, resolve conflicts and maintain staff safety at all times.

Roles and Responsibilities

1) Directing and training employees properly through their daily routines, ensure use of approved checklist and charts.

2) Monitoring staff performance during a shift and addressing any shortcomings

3) Mentoring and training up new employees

Availability

1) Must be able to pass background check and work on Ft. Sill

2) Must be able to work various shift per week, including opening and closing shifts

3) Must be available weekdays and weekends
