Salary Range: $18 - $60+ / hour

Compensation and Benefits

Typical Hourly Compensation (includes base, tips, and commission)

  • Following Training: $18 - $23 / hour
  • 4-6 Months after start: $24 - $30 / hour
  • Approaching 1 year and beyond: $31 - $60+ / hour

These are examples based upon actual European Wax Center Wax Specialist performance, but how much you make is entirely up to you.

What we are looking for:

  • Willingness to work regularly scheduled 3 to 5 days (25-35 hours) per week.
  • Some evenings (2pm-8pm) including Friday evenings and Sundays are a must.
  • Current Illinois Esthetics or Cosmetology License (required).
  • Team-players who are empathic, coachable, and flexible.
  • Positive outlook and coping skills.
  • Able to stand and move around while waxing for the majority of shift.
