Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Quality Assurance Inspector is responsible for performing duties on a professional level and works closely with Leads, Supervisors, and Managers. This position predominantly carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: handles all aspects of customer communication, the product inspection process, and quality assurance of products returning to inventory.

This is a full-time position with predominantly daytime hours. Some non-standard work shifts may be required.Responsibilities and Duties
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward employees and customers.
  • Practice, uphold, and teach core Primary Arms expectations and procedures for an excellent customer service experience.
  • Respond to agent and customer interactions in person, or by phone, email, and chat about product issues and return resolution.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Address product questions using applicable tools (e.g., NetSuite, PrimaryArms.com, and manufacturer websites).
  • Work with Receiving Team to unload and sort incoming packages.
  • Inspect all incoming customer returns.
  • Determine disposition of returned products.
  • Review returns sent to accounting for processing.
  • Contacts customers regarding PA optics warranty results and resolutions.
  • Assists Government Sales team with inspection of items returned from agencies.
  • Assists in the inspection of problem products in the Distribution Center.
  • Other duties, as assigned within the Primary Arms Team.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Practice, uphold, and teach core Primary Arms expectations and procedures for an excellent customer service experience.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Inspect all incoming customer returns and use in-depth product knowledge to determine disposition of returned products.
  • Other duties, as assigned within the Primary Arms Team.
