Lube Technician

Automobile Lube Technician: Check and change a vehicle's oil and make general repairs including tire rotation, tire installation, wiper replacement, air filter replacement and vehicle fluid level check and fill.

Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Completing preventive maintenance such as: oil changes, tire rotation and replacement, wheel balancing, replacing air and cabin filters, wiper blade replacement, and maintaining fluid levels.
• Maintains vehicle condition by listening to and correcting owner concerns; conducting detailed multi point inspections.
• Maintains vehicle appearance by cleaning and washing.
• Maintains vehicle records by recording service and repairs.
• Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; notifying supervisor of needed repairs.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
• Accomplishes maintenance and organization through personal organization and attention to detail.

Skills/Qualifications:

· Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.

· Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
