HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS A MEDICAL ASSISTANT:

As a Medical Assistant, you work a full-time 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, ensuring you can make a meaningful impact while maintaining a work-life balance. Imagine your day unfolding with warmth and efficiency as you welcome patients, guide them through paperwork, and ensure a seamless check-in process. As the heartbeat of the practice, you expertly manage phone calls, appointments, and inquiries while maintaining meticulous patient records. Your abilities extend to responding promptly to emails, managing inventory, processing invoices, and transcribing crucial treatment notes. In this indispensable role, you ensure the smooth operation of the practice and the well-being of patients


TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE, YOU NEED:

  • Experience as a Medical Assistant
  • Current MA certification
  • CPR certified
  • Proficiency with EMR systems
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and communicate effectively
