Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAs the Roofing Sales Manager of our client's roofing company, you will hold a critical role in expanding our client's roofing services business in the vibrant Miami-Fort Lauderdale market. Your responsibilities will include overseeing a team of sales representatives, devising and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the successful attainment of sales targets. Your contributions will directly impact our client's company's growth and prosperity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and inspire a team of roofing sales representatives. Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to help them achieve their sales objectives.

2. Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to boost revenue and market share in the roofing services sector. Identify emerging market opportunities and diversify our client base.

3. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, particularly with key figures in the roofing industry, property managers, and building owners.

4. Sales Targets: Set and monitor sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team. Regularly assess performance and offer constructive feedback to team members.

5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activities, and market dynamics. Leverage this knowledge to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of industry developments.

6. Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales team to craft compelling proposals for potential clients. Ensure that proposals align with client needs and our company's capabilities.

7. Budget Oversight: Manage the budget allocated to the roofing services sales division, encompassing expenses related to marketing, travel, and other sales-related initiatives.

8. Reporting: Generate routine reports on sales performance, pipeline progress, and forecasts. Present findings to senior management and provide recommendations for enhancement.

Qualifications:

· Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the roofing industry, boasting a successful track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.

· Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities and a talent for team management, with the capacity to inspire and guide a sales team toward success.

· Roofing Expertise: Profound knowledge of roofing systems, repairs, coatings, and preventative maintenance practices.

· Customer-Centric: Outstanding skills in customer relationship management, grounded in a customer-focused approach to sales.

· Communication Proficiency: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the capability to articulate technical information clearly and comprehensibly.
