Position Overview:
The Regional Manager will oversee and manage multiple Glide Express Car Wash locations within a designated region. This role requires a strong leader with exceptional management skills, a keen eye for operational efficiency, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The Regional Manager will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving business objectives for each location.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Oversight: Supervise and support the daily operations of multiple car wash locations, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop management teams at each location, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of each location, implementing strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, track financial performance, and implement cost-control measures to achieve revenue targets and optimize operational costs.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained, addressing and resolving customer concerns and feedback promptly.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and community outreach initiatives.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all locations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on regional performance, including sales metrics, operational issues, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a multi-unit or regional role, preferably in the automotive services or retail industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage diverse groups, and drive performance.
  • Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of operational processes, financial management, and customer service excellence.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and implementing solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications or additional training are a plus.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within the designated region as needed.
