This is a federal contractor position that is hybrid onsite and offsite.

Think Tank is seeking a Senior Architect to support federal financial systems, data warehouse, and reports development lifecycle methodologies for systems development; provide operations and maintenance (O&M) support; break fix analysis and development; performance tuning and unit testing within the configuration management process.

Document, design, and develop data integration approaches/routines and repositories to enable the agency to meet its reporting requirements for multi-year reporting between data sources Identify gaps in provided reports and dashboards and develop bureau specific reports to bridge those gaps.

Develop solutions for combining legacy and enterprise data into consolidated reports/dashboards to better support the needs of the client's finance and budget user communities. Leverage existing data analytics, query, and reporting tools, and identify potential new tools, to perform such work both now and in the future.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

10+ years of experience in Oracle database and products, federal financial systems, federal finance and accounting practices, systems integration, data warehouse management, data integration

Desired:

Advanced degree

10+ years of experience in Oracle Financials for the Federal Government

CERTIFICATIONS:

Desired:

CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) or similar, Oracle certifications, Security certifications, Software Development certifications

SKILLS:

  1. Exceptional leadership, written and oral communications, interpersonal skills.
  2. Deep knowledge of federal financial systems and accounting principles
  3. Strong understanding of systems integration methodologies and tools
  4. Expertise in program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  5. Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and technical teams.
