As a Toolroom Repair Specialist (also known as Tool Maintenance Technician, Tooling Specialist), you'll perform preventive maintenance on tooling and related items, troubleshoot molding issues, and determine the correct actions to repair tools in-house. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our production process.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalency.
  • 10+ years of experience with EDM and knowledge of Mills/Lathes.
  • Experience in tool repair in the Plastics Injection Molding Industry.
  • Strong organization, troubleshooting, and planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle stress in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and strong teamwork skills.
  • Experience with welding, benching/spotting, and machining.
  • Strong understanding of injection molds and their related components, and the knowledge to repair them.
  • Preferred: 4+ years of experience in repair work in a manufacturing setting and tool design knowledge.
