Job Summary:

Shively Motors Chambersburg is seeking a highly motivated Flat Rate Technician..  Experienced technicians with current PA State Safety License will receive preference.  

Stellantis (CDJR) experience is preferred but not required.

Competitive hourly rate plus performance bonus.

Company benefits package including medical and dental insurance, 401K plan, paid vacation and holidays.  Company pays 75% of employee's health insurance.

Continuing education and reimbursement for certifications

Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic, repairs and maintenance to customer vehicles.  

Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License

PA State Safety Inspection license preferred but not required.

Minimum of 2 years of current verifiable experience in automotive service, repair, and diagnostics is required for consideration.  5+ years preferred.

Ability to proficiently use hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive service and repair equipment
