Position Overview

The Associate Analyst, Demand Planning will be responsible for assisting in the creation and maintenance of the sales forecast for all business channels for Designs for Health. This role will be heavily involved in the end-to-end Demand Forecast and S&OP processes including; maintenance, analysis, accuracy and continuous improvement initiatives. The Associate Analyst, Demand Planning will schedule the S&OP pre-meetings on a monthly basis with all channels leaders and incorporate their feedback into the sales forecast to ensure the process is effective with the rapid growth of Designs for Health.

Essential Job Duties

  • Coordinate scheduling of all S&OP meetings
  • Distribute Forecast accuracy reports.
  • Facilitate updates to the forecast from the Sales Team.
  • Manipulate data in Anaplan for Analysis.
  • Assemble monthly reports and slide decks.
  • Compile and distribute final forecast.
  • Forecast Accuracy performance tracking.
  • Forecast monthly maintenance.
  • Maintain Forecast Accuracy KPIs
  • Ad hoc Analysis requests

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a supply chain administrative role and interacting with sales leaders.
  • Previous experience working as an analyst or familiarity working with large datasets.
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills

Competencies

  • Experience using forecasting or S&OP software.
  • Bonus if you have used Anaplan, Sage X3 or NetSuite in previous roles.
  • Working knowledge of S&OP processes and how to apply them.
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Time management skills
  • CPIM or CSCP certification a plus.
