- Collaborate on menu planning, inventory management, and supplier relationships.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and regulations.
- Execute off-premise catering functions, ensuring excellence in every aspect.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, guests, and clients.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated dependability and exceptional cooking skills.
- Familiarity with catering industry best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Calendar, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Valid driver's license and access to insured transportation.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role (lifting, standing, etc.).
