Position Overview:

Homethrive is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Enrollment Specialist to join our team. As an Enrollment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in connecting eligible members with our Virtual Companionship Program. You will engage with potential members, explain the benefits of our program, and ultimately assist them in enrolling. This position requires candidates with substantial call center experience, a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service, and a passion for positively impacting the lives of our members.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to eligible members to enroll them in our Virtual Companionship Program and our Caregiver Support Program.
  • Obtain member consent and schedule intake appointments.
  • Educate members on the benefits and features of our program.
  • Collaborate with the Enrollment Manager to achieve company enrollment targets.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a call center or high-volume calling environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a dedication to helping others.
  • Previous experience in enrollment or medical sales is preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zendesk is preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
