App Mechanic Collagen

It is responsible for maintaining Shirring's Production equipment in continuous operation, carrying out its activities in accordance with the administrative procedures, specifications and operating methods established in the area.

Provides support in making type changes according to the needs of the Planning Program, ensuring compliance with the parameters and conditions indicated in each of the standards specified for each type of product, as well as providing support in production through preventive maintenance and corrective required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform the necessary maintenance and repairs on the pliers so that they remain in continuous operation.
• Make the necessary type changes requested by Planning through a manufacturing program.
• Change machine accessories when they require it.
• Answer calls from operators and ATL's to help solve problems that arise that affect product quality, as well as productivity.
• Attend the machine when any of these has red light on.
• Comply with the quality standards for each of the products.
• Be under the orders of the Shirring Supervisor collaborating with machine production when he indicates it.
• Repair unsafe conditions reported by the Shirring Supervisor identified by the same electromechanical.
• Respect and carry out Human Resources guidelines and procedures.
• Respect and carry out the guidelines and procedures on EHS issues, by carrying out each of their daily activities such as:
• Separation and placement of waste generated in your work area.
• Making responsible use of its personal protective equipment.
• Making proper use of the resources provided by the organization such as (water, energy, stationery, raw materials, among others).
• It is responsible for reporting any observations, areas of opportunity, etc. detected in issues of Quality, Safety, Safety and Environment.
• Respect and carry out Corporate Policies (Code of Conduct, confidentiality, etc.), Human Resources Guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain the order and cleanliness of the work area, as well as compliance with the rules on safety issues of the company defined in each of the documents such as (BPM Manual, Personal hygiene standards, pictograms, among others).

Working conditions include crawling under equipment, bending, stretching, lifting (moderate-to-heavy), walking and climbing.
