Job Summary
Snider Fleet Solutions, a leading commercial tire dealer and retread service provider, is seeking a Commercial Tire Technician to join our team. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for servicing tire and wheels, including inspections, replacements, and repairs to ensure their safety and compliance.

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Previous experience in the heavy duty tire and/or equipment industries (strongly preferred)
- Commercial TIA certification required after six months of employment
- Forklift certification obtained after employment

Responsibilities
- Mount and dismount various commercial tires using specialized equipment
- Perform tire service on diesel and gasoline-powered trucks and equipment
- Conduct tire repairs including plugs and patch combos
- Monitor and maintain equipment, inventory levels, and workspace cleanliness
- Coordinate with Service Manager on job status and completion
- Complete paperwork accurately and timely
- Adhere to safety regulations and best practices

Skills and Abilities
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate service equipment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Computer and smartphone skills
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
