Worthington Tractor Parts, Inc. is looking for a full time office manager/bookkeeper to join their team in Audubon, Iowa.

Duties will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Process daily sales and return tickets
  • Prepare daily deposit and transfer of funds
  • Receive inventory in system and match against PO’s
  • Process vendor invoices and submit to Corporate for payment
  • Issue checks for necessary purchases and customer refunds
  • Calculate time cards and submit payroll information to Corporate
  • Bank account reconciliation
  • Other duties as assigned…

Key Competencies:

  • 2 years of bookkeeping or related experience
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook and general data entry skills
  • Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices a plus
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Self motivation and ability to work well with others
