Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase our online presence and customer engagement.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to continuously improve our social media presence and reach.
  • Manage and maintain the social media calendar, ensuring content is published in a timely manner.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute integrated social media campaigns.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our social media efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create engaging and compelling content.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
  • Experience with customer service is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM is a plus.
