Assistant Coordinator

Duties Include:
Answering incoming phone calls
Make gifts for ServiceMaster clients
Manage the On Call Calendar
Responsible for making collections calls to past due clients
Paper and record filing for Management
Call and confirm next day appointments
Change On Call Manager at every rotation (Friday)
Welcome and tend to the needs of any lobby guests
Scheduling of Residential Services
Customer rug tracking with iCAT software management system
Restore 365 Data Entry
Daily update of vehicle assignment board
Record all calls in Call Log
Podium supervision and response
Receive credit/debit card payments for A/R
Dispatch end of day report
Identifying and resolving any problems in the production process
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of customer service
Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues
Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening
Must be able to adapt and be comfortable in a high-pressure environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation will be based on experience.
