As a Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager, you will be you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our client’s Enterprise Security and Infrastructure Operations Center-. This position is a key member of our client delivery requiring a Senior leader responsible for the coordination, implementation, and. We are seeking a candidate that is passionate about the confluence of cybersecurity and networking operations who will drive the integration of risk management, technology, and businesses processes within the organization.


**Contingent upon contract award.


Responsibilities:

As a Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager you’ll be Zen’s lead and expert communicating effectively with government personnel, maintaining appropriate contractor management interface with OCIO leadership, the COR, and TPOCs. You be responsible for promoting growth, maintaining adequate staffing levels, management oversight, service level agreements, and other performance requirements. You are charged with improving processes through training, as well as ensuring deliverables are timely and accurate to minimize the need for government intervention to avoid degradation of mission during critical times, while ensuring notification of significant problems to the appropriate government personnel. Additional experience in managing and monitoring burn rates is required.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience performing functions and responsibilities as program leader for large organizations, preferably federal.
  • Education: Master’s of Science in Information Technology or Cybersecurity field preferred. In lieu of Bachelor’s of Science degree relevant years of experience equivalent accepted.
  • Certification: Active/Good standing professional certification(s) in Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI – Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Scrum Master, SAFe- Product Owner (PO), Information Technology Project Management (ITIL-PM)
  • Experience with all relevant OMB Memorandums, NIST Special Publications, FITARA and standard best practice and federal guidance related to cybersecurity and infrastructure compliance.
  • Orchestrate and drive the end-to-end lifecycle of key information security projects across the organization to align with program strategy.?
  • Facilitates the development and implementation of key goals, objectives, and success criteria for the program with key stakeholders and core team.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers and third-party risk assessments.?
  • Consult with business partners, leadership, team members, and other key stakeholders to evaluate and apply suggestions for improving efficiency and success.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement within the Information Security function and collaborate with internal teams to implement long-term strategies that enhance the organization's capabilities and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulations.?
  • Develop budget planning strategy and tracks expenditures across the Information Security program.?
  • Define and track success measures to ensure alignment with intended outcomes.
  • Instills lessons learned practices on projects, and ensures learnings are communicated to ensure a culture of continuous learning.
  • Mentor, guide, and sponsor the development of key talent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, and collaborative team interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
