Aesthetician

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Aesthetician to join a well-established and highly regarded women's healthcare practice in Blacksburg, VA. Our practice offers patients comprehensive women's healthcare services in a warm, friendly environment, providing skilled, caring attention for women of all stages in life. We care deeply about our patients, and we are seeking an Aesthetician who shares in this commitment and philosophy. The ideal candidate has a passion for skin care, is a team player, self-motivated, and has excellent customer service skills.

Prior experience is desired but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Schedule:

• Initially the Aesthetician will work two days per week - you choose which days
• Opportunity to increase to additional days as the aesthetics program grows.

Responsibilities of the Aesthetician:

• Develops care plans based on patients individual needs
• Performs laser hair removal, microneedling, dermaplaning and Morpheus treatments within scope of practice and licensing
• Promotes the consistency of health, wellness, and routine skincare benefits to sell products, services and packages
• Educates clients on medical grade skin care products
• Participates in promoting services throughout the practice

Qualifications of the Aesthetician:

• Valid VA state Aesthetician License
• Ability to multitask and maintain teamwork with positive attitude
• Experience with Microsoft office and familiarity with EMR system
• Possess strong sales orientation and superior knowledge of products and services
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Presents a highly professional image
• Compassionate, punctual and reliable
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
