Harbors Home Health & Hospice is looking to ad a Facilities Maintenance Manager to it's hard working team.
Part time position, with flexible hours.
  • Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and repair of both offices (Hoquiam and Long Beach.
  • Identify, monitor and troubleshoot problem
  • Keep records of prevention and maintenance logs
  • Identifies and repairs building structures and equipment
  • Ensures safe and functionally sound equipment
  • Maintains the appearance of the building and surrounding grounds
  • Maintains and orders supplies as needed
  • Participates in safety prevention strategies
  • Assists IT in electronic equipment and furniture placement
  • occasional weekend and/or night work as needed
Requires experience in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
Must possess a current WA state drivers license and vehicle insurance
