What You’ll Do:
- Project Management: Oversee multiple roofing, siding, and window projects, ensuring that each one is progressing smoothly and that our crews are well-supported.
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers in neighborhoods where we’re already working, generating interest in our services through conversation and relationship-building.
- Customer Interaction: Act as the go-to person for homeowners, answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring they feel confident and satisfied throughout their project.
- Crew Coordination: Work closely with our crews to ensure they have the resources and support they need, keeping job sites clean and safe, and making sure work is completed on time.
- Neighborhood Outreach: Talk to neighbors of current customers to generate leads and create a buzz around the high-quality work we’re doing.
- Referral & Review Management: Focus on turning satisfied customers into advocates for Blue Nail Exteriors by encouraging referrals and securing five-star reviews.
