Groundskeeper

We are looking for a self starter to join our land management operations team based in Franklin, TN. This position is working for a single family with multiple large acreage estates. The ideal candidate is mature, dependable, and detail oriented with a can-do attitude. You must be able to prioritize daily tasks to consistently maintain the properties to their highest potential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Mowing yards and walking trails using zero turn mower
• Tree trimming, cutting up fallen/dead timber, chipping branches
• Weed eating fence lines
• Watering several hundred newly planted trees
• Maintaining flower beds
• Utilizing skid steer with multiple attachments to improve land
• Special projects as necessary to improve homes and land

• Experience operating the following equipment: Zero turn mower, weed eater, chainsaw, skid steer, tractor, pulling trailers
• Landscaping experience
• Ability to work outside everyday in all weather conditions
• Clean driving record
• Pass a background check
• Non-smoker
• Able to lift 50lbs. over head
• Excellent communicator and collaborative team player
• Organized, reliable, and hard working
