Key Responsibilities:


  • Team Leadership and Motivation: Act as a proactive member of our leadership team, promoting a culture where collaboration is paramount. You will guide the grain division, providing mentorship and training to the team, while working hand in hand with our other divisions.
  • Strategic Guidance and Leadership Experience: Bring your leadership skills to the forefront by crafting and executing strategic visions for the grain division. Manage all facets of merchandising, financials, and business growth to align with our overarching objectives and standards
  • Grain Trading Expertise: With a robust understanding of grain trading and market dynamics, make strategic merchandising decisions. Manage risks efficiently and enhance our profitability and standing in the market.
  • Visionary Leadership with a Long-term Perspective: Adopt a visionary stance to steer the grain division toward sustainable expansion. Formulate and implement far-reaching strategies that preempt market shifts, fortify our competitive edge, and secure our ongoing success


Qualifications:


  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in grain merchandising and management.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership abilities with an emphasis on team cultivation and development.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of building strong relationships.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of agricultural markets and trends.
  • Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic and analytical skills.
  • Education: A Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field is preferred.
