Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCraftline Graphics is a coloring book / puzzle book commercial printer looking for full time, quality conscious, detailed oriented, reliable, team players to work as Binder Operators in our bindery department. Pay$18.00 to $23.00 per hour plus 50 cent shift differential for 2nd shift
Hours 2nd Shift 2 pm – 10 pm, OT as needed
ExperienceOne year working as a perfect binder operator (or 2nd man) required. Experience in operating a Mueller Martini Perfect Binder and leading a crew, a plus
Requirements
  • Proven mechanical ability
  • Proven problem solving skills
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to do basic math and read a ruler
  • Good communications skills
  • Must be able to stand for 8+ hour shifts
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs
  • Willing to work weekends when required
  • Ability to direct helper staff efficiently
  • Ability to follow procedures to ensure we have a safe environment
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
