THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A SALON RECRUITING COORDINATOR

This is a full-time remote position, working within the EST or CST time zones. Enjoy the flexibility of working from home without any travel requirements.

As our remote Salon Recruiting Coordinator, you will start your day by developing recruitment goals and objectives that align with our salon's needs. You will create sustainable recruiting strategies and source passive candidates, searching resume databases for the perfect fit. Communication with Hiring Managers will be key as you assess the effectiveness of current recruiting plans and build talent networks. Utilizing a multi-channel approach, you will identify key recruiting KPIs and implement Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategies. Your day will involve reviewing applicants to ensure they meet position requirements, adhering to all laws and data privacy regulations. By the end of the week, you will prepare detailed reports on your recruitment activities and progress.

OUR IDEAL SALON RECRUITING COORDINATOR

  • Degree in business administration or a relevant field
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience in recruitment or a related area
  • 1+ year(s) of candidate sourcing or related experience
  • Willingness to learn about position requirements and a passion for HR methods
  • Ability to scan large volumes of resumes efficiently
  • Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing
  • Proficiency with HR tools such as ATS and HRIS
  • Basic understanding of marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
