We are excited to announce an opportunity within our Servicing Department for a Loan Escrow Clerk. At Triad, our Loan Escrow Clerks play a crucial role in processing refunds and disbursements from escrow accounts used to collect and pay property taxes and insurance premiums required on mortgage loans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Typing and mailing letters
• Calling insurance agents, tax collectors, and customers
• Interpreting insurance policies and loan documents
• Researching various municipal records online
• Preparing checks and general ledger entries
• Maintaining accurate records
• Preparing and utilizing reports
• Conducting yearly and interim escrow analysis
• Opening and scanning incoming mail
• Providing white-glove customer service and support to both internal and external clients
• Ensuring compliance with government regulations, audit requirements, and company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective communication with internal and external customers
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments within given parameters
• Proficiency in typing (at least 50 WPM)
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook+)
