We are seeking a skilled and motivated Test and Evaluation Engineer to join our innovative team. As a Test and Evaluation Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and quality of our products through rigorous testing and evaluation processes. Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop test plans, procedures, and protocols for product testing and evaluation.
  • Perform various types of tests, including functional testing, performance testing, reliability testing, and acceptance testing.
  • Conduct analysis of test data and identify trends or anomalies for further investigation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and specifications.
  • Utilize testing equipment, tools, and software to conduct tests accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices during testing processes.
  • Generate comprehensive test reports summarizing test results, findings, and recommendations.
  • Identify areas of improvement in product design and performance based on test results.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide input on testability and manufacturability of products.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and methodologies related to test and evaluation engineering.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process enhancements and implementing efficiency measures.
