Job Description:

We are seeking a quality engineer to focus on platform enhancements, roadmap deliverables, and automation. They will help scale our company achieve our long-term vision via their quality delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support application platform development – Develop and implement quality testing as defined by product and senior engineering leaders.

  • Partner with the senior quality engineer to identify, define, and plan critical development items to meet current roadmap as well as lender customizations and change requests

  • Deliver new quality processes to support new enhancements and to the platform as assigned by senior engineering staff

  • New product innovation for consideration at national showcases

  • Work with QA leader to ensure clear and effective testing plans to confirm quality.

  • Efficiency and automation – Identify, analyze and recommend tools to speed automation of QA and overall quality..

  • Target best practices and market trends – Generate data to help our partners succeed

Skills and competencies:

  • Willing to wear multiple hats and play a flexible role.

  • SQL

  • C# - edit workflow files (XAML) to add docs

  • HTML

  • XSLT

  • XML

  • Adobe

Experience:

- STRONG AUTOMATION EXPERIENCE

  • Practice with manual testing, testing tools, writing test plans, and reviewing test cases required.

  • Experience creating detailed test cases/scripts for technical and/or business clients.

  • 4 yr related degree strongly preferred.
