Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:
  • Setup, operate, and troubleshoot video and control systems for events and venues.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on video equipment.
  • Utilize strong computer skills to manage video systems and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of projection methods and components.
  • Provide operational support and technical training for all products within the department, including image processors, cameras, projections, screens, and LED tiles, some knowledge on how to set up, strike and operate all gear within the Video Department.
  • Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure seamless integration of video components with overall AV setups.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in video technology and industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair video and control systems issues.
  • Basic knowledge of projection methods and components, including converging, edge blending, and video signal formats.
  • Experience in the AV & Entertainment Lighting industry is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by project demands.
