POSITION SUMMARY

You will be providing Level II IT Support and Break/Fix resolution from our client's location. You need patience and the ability to ask the right questions that uncover details critical to the resolution of issues. This position reports to the Director of Service.The salary for this position is $85,000+ (negotiable based on experience).

THIS ROLE REQUIRES YOU TO BE ON SITE 5x/WEEK AT OUR CLIENTS LOCATION IN MADERA, CA.

DESIRED SKILLSET/EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years of work experience providing technical support
  • Proficiency with all current Windows operating systems mandatory, Apple desirable
  • Server 2008-2019 Experience preferred
  • Active Directory
  • O365 Administration and Troubleshooting
  • Mobile Device Management – MDM
  • SonicWall Firewall Experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts such as Routing/Switching/VLAN's
  • VMware experience is a plus
  • Azure experience is a plus

CompTIA A+ and Network+ will be required within 1 year of hire.

Microsoft, Apple, SonicWall, Cisco, and other IT vendor certifications desirable.
